Misjudged pt9~ Zoro x Reader *Final*

     You were happy, truly happy for the first time in a long time. You smile happily watching Light and play Luffy play cheerfully. Zoro sneaks his hand into yours, and you look over as he leans on you a bit. "I love your smile..." He murmurs quietly. You blush and look away with a giggle. 

      "So you two finally together now?" Ace asks with a smirk.

      "Just be warned, ____'s like our sister, if you hurt her we'll come after you Zoro." Sabo rumbles with an intimidating smile. Zoro hugs you at that. 

      "I'll kick my own ass if I hurt her. She doesn't need anymore bullshit." He cuddles his cheek to yours. 

      "Isn't that the truth..." Another voice rumbles and you all freeze, looking over at Smoker. 

        "Smoker!" Light cheers running over to the man cheerfully. Smoker kneels down and puts a hand on Light's head. 

        "Hey buddy, is your sister looking after you?" He asks.

        "Of course! And Zoro is teaching me kendo!" Light chimes. 

        "Is he now? That's good, your teachers say you've been doing a lot better since you two started staying with Zoro." Smoker comments, standing up and looking at Zoro. "You're behaving yourself Zoro? I'm not going to have to kick your ass am I?" 

         "No sir." Zoro replies with a smile.

         "Coming by to check on us?" You guess. 

         "That and... I'll be by tomorrow morning to pick you both up... We got to go to court tomorrow." He tells you and Light. 

         "What for? Are we going to be taken away again?" Light asks hurrying to you and hugging you. 

         "No, this is just to take custody from them so you'll be free from them." Smoker assures.

         "Then... Who gets custody?" You inquire carefully. He chuckles and smiles a bit. 

          "I do." He answers simply. You and Light blink in shock before grinning happily and tackle hugging him happily. Smoker staggers laughing lightly and hugging you both. "Heh I hope you two are okay with just having a dad."

          "We are!" You both chime. The brothers and Zoro smile softly at that. 

          "Smokey's the best!" Luffy cheers joining the hug happily. 

           "Really? That's great news ___," Law smiles at you. 

           "Isn't it? I'm looking forward to it." You breathe. 

           "So, has Zoro asked yet?" He asks. 

           "Yeah, you were right. I'm really happy to be with him." You murmur. He smiles a bit more and hugs you. You blink in surprise and hug him back. 

           "I'm truly happy for you my friend." He rumbles pulling back. "Now go away." He teases. 

           "Aw but we were bonding!" You pout. 

           "Out." He chuckles, "Go hang out with your boyfriend. Or future husband." He smirks widely. You blush wildly. 

           "L-Law!" You squeak.

           "So this is what it's like to be the teaser, I like it." He chuckles. You just puff your cheeks at him and go out. Zoro looks up and smiles as you come back into the apartment. 

         "Hey," He greets. You smile and peer at Light who was playing a video game. 

         "So I guess after tomorrow you can come visit me at our new home." You breathe.

        "That's going to be interesting. You know I kinda saw that coming because I always thought Smoker was fatherly toward you and Light." He tells you. 

        "Hehe I'm surprised honesty, but I'm happy... Mostly thanks to you... I really misjudged you Zoro..." You look down with a soft smile. 

         "That's okay, I still got you to fall for me." He pulls you closer. You meet his gaze and smile. 

         "I love you." You breathe. 

         "I love you too." He grins happily. 

*Extra*

 

         "You got everything we need?" Smoker asks checking the list again. 

          "No, me and Light gotta go pick something up, see you at home!" You chime. You and Light exchange a grin as Smoker raises an eyebrow.

         "Okay, be careful." He says. Light chuckles and you both run off, meeting with Zoro along the way. 

         "The brothers are already starting that way," Zoro says kissing your cheek. 

         "Then we better hurry up." You comment, starting across the street, freezing as motorcycles stop in front of you. You and Kid blink at each other. 

         "Awesome!!" Light gasps looking at the bikes. Kid smirks at your brother's excitement. 

         "Wanna ride kid?" He asks. 

         "Heh we can't Kid, I gotta pick something up from Donquixote." You tell him. 

         "We're heading there, we'll give ya a ride." Killer speaks up. 

         "Seriously?" You huff in surprise. 

          "Yeah, it's his birthday right?" Kid gestures to the sticker on Lights shirt. "I may be an asshole but I'm not that bad." 

          "Well..." Light looks at you with big hopeful eyes. "Alright, let's do this." You grin. Light grins bouncing at that. 

         "Come on kid," Kid holds up a helmet which Light gladly pulls on. You get on behind Killer as Zoro gets in one of the little side car. Kid puts Light in front of him, showing him the controls swiftly before riding ahead. 

         Thanks to Kid's gang you're able to get the gift and back to Smoker's in record time. "Thanks Kid!" You and Light grin at him. 

         "Don't mention it, happy birthday Light." Kid waves.

         "Happy birthday!-- I mean bye!" Light giggles. 

         "Hold on, you guys join us." You tell Kid. Kid blinks in surprise and Light beams at the idea. 

          "Yeah come on!" Light tugs Kid's hand. Kid blushes lightly in embarrassment and chuckles sheepishly. 

         "Alright alright." He rumbles, he and some of the gang following you and Zoro in. Smoker blinks in surprise, but smiles seeing Light grinning widely. 

         "If this is the turn out everytime, we might need a bigger house." He comments to you looking at all the guests. You and Light chuckle. 

          "Here you go dad!" Light chimes holding up the box. Smoker blinks, taking it.

          "What's this? It's your birthday." He reminds Light.

          "It's also Father's Day." You grin. 

            "Happy Father's Day Smoker! Happy Birthday Light!" All the guests cheer. Light laughs happily while Smoker chuckles sheepishly opening the box.

          "I'm not going to ask who sold you guys cigars... Thank you." He hugs you both. 

         "Now then Light. Let's get started." You smile at your brother. 

         "Party!!" Light cheers.
