          You fell onto the ground with an exhausted sigh. It had been a long day of fighting for you. Never thought they would be so determined to kill you after you left them. You could feel the blood that covered your arms starting to dry. You close your eyes, just wanting to fall asleep. "Hey... Are you dead?" A voice asks above your head. You open an eye to see a rather cute black haired guy. "Go away kid, I'm trying to sleep," You grumble, rolling over. "I'm not a kid, I'm the man who's going to become king of the pirates," He says.
           His statement made you look back up at him. He grins down at you. "The name's Luffy, nice to meet ya bloody girl in the middle of the woods," He adds. "My name is ___.... Now go away," You mutter. "I would, but I don't know where I am," He tells you sheepishly. 'Ah, for crying out loud!' You almost cursed. You get up in annoyance, "The town is this way... How'd you end up in the middle of the woods anyway?" You sigh, leading him toward town. "Thanks... I'm not sure, I just went for a walk and got lost," He says. "You should be more careful, there is a band of ruthless mountain bandits around here," You tell him.
            "I hate mountain bandits! If I see any, I'll send them flying with a punch!" He declares. You pause and laugh. "I was part of the band of mountain bandits until a few days ago," You inform him. He looks at you in amazement, "Eh?! You?!" He gasps. "So, gonna send me flying?" You inquire. "Nah, you seem okay," He says. You shake your head, "You're a strange one..." You huff. You reach town, "Wow, thanks, I'm sure my crew is looking for me!" He says cheerfully. "It's no problem-" "___!" A little local girl calls, running over happily. "Tesla, stay back, I'm dirty," You tell her swiftly.
               "I made you a necklace!" She cheers, holding it up for you. "Uh thanks," You murmur, taking it from her, careful not to touch her skin. "It's to keep you safe! Please wear it," She giggles. "Okay.... Now go home, your parents will scold you for being near me," You tell her, putting on the small handmade necklace. Tesla smiles up at you before leaving.
                   "You're a really good person," Luffy comments, making you jump. "I thought you left," You tell him. He shrugs, "Do they sell meat around here? I'm hungry," He replies. You stare at him for a bit, was he serious? "Come on," You sigh, leading him to the pub. You sit down next to him as he orders cheerfully. He starts eating swiftly. "Slow down, it's not going anywhere," You tell him. He pauses, looking over at you. "Youff waanf some?" He asks, holding a drumstick to your mouth. "I'm good," You chuckle, turning it back to him.
                    "Luffy! There you are!" A green haired swordsman says, entering the pub. Behind him enters an odd looking group. "We've been looking for you- Oooh! Who's this lovely lady?" A blonde man gushes, spinning over to you. "Hey! Sanji! Get away from her!" Luffy says. "Your crew I take it?" You guess. He nods proudly, "Yep," he chuckles. "Well, Im going to go now," You tell him, tossing a sack of beri to the bartender. "For his meal," You add, motioning to Luffy before leaving.

                     You sank into the hot springs with a sigh. The sun would soon set, and you would patrol the town for the night. "Whoa! I didn't know there was a hot spring here!" A familiar voice says, making you freeze. You turn your head slowly to see Luffy grinning. "Oh! Hey ___!" He greets cheerfully. You sank deeper into the steaming water. "Hey... Lost again?" You ask. He laughs sheepishly, rubbing his neck. "How'd you guess?" He replies, sitting down on edge. He puts his feet in the water, smiling at you. You move away, feeling extremely self conscious. "It was a lucky guess..." You tell him.
                       "Mind if I join you?" He asks suddenly. "Do what you want Mr. Pirate King," You reply. He chuckles at the title and takes off his shirt before sinking into the spring. "This is nice," He says cheerfully. You chuckle as he grins. He was cute, for a pirate. "So, how long are you staying on this island?" You ask curiously. "Just for a few days," He answers. You nod, "I see... Well, I have to get going, hope you enjoy your stay here," You tell him, starting to get up. "Wait!" He says, swiftly, making you stop. You raise an eyebrow at him. "Can you take me to town again?" He asks sheepishly.
                        "Stop being so damn cute," You mutter below your breath. "Hm? Did you say something?" He asks, tilting his head. "I said I'd take you back to town," You lie. "Alright, I'll wait over there," He says, getting out. You watch after him. "What a strange guy," You mutter, getting out as well. You put your clothes on and go over to him. "Shall we?" You murmur, heading for town.
