The Point~ Law x Reader *Oneshot*

    It was a nice cozy warm day. You stretch out on your deck enjoy the sun. Yep. This was a good day. Even if you were the only one not celebrating Valentine's Day. Your crew had insisted that you go out in the pursuit of love today, but you declined. A sigh leaves your lips. Someone had to watch the ship after all...
    You lean on the railing peering down at the water just as a large yellow submarine surfaces, splashing water at you. A frown comes to your lips at that. Out of all the pirates to pop up today. It had to be the most handsome man you've ever encountered. This felt like cruel joke from the universe. The crew swiftly rush out with cheers, jumping onto the piers and running for town in excitement, not even giving you a glance. You frown more, turning away from the submarine and folding your arms.
    "The Hell Born pirate.. ___," His voice makes you blink and peer back at him. Law gives you a smirk. "Not as enthusiastic about today either are you?" He comments.
     "It's pointless." You respond flatly, "But whatever makes them happy." You shrug slightly. He chuckles lightly.
     "I agree. It sure is nice out today."  He says. You look up at the sky.
     "Fire's coming." You respond, getting a curious look from the other captain.
    "That's an interesting statement." He comments you lean back against the railing, feeling warm air drift up from the water below. You pause and turn around, looking down into the water.
    "That's not normal... Is your submarine over heating?" You ask him.
   "No... But the waters do feel quite warm." He says looking down at the water. Your eyes widen.
     "The island needs to be evacuated, I thin an underwater volcano is about to burst." You say hopping off your ship.
     "That's an odd thing for a pirate with your title to say." He comments.  
    "I'm not heartless." You respond. Law blinks and smirks.
    "You got an idea?" He asks.
   "Scare them into evacuation and throw the stubborn ones onto a ship." You shrug. He blinks as your appearance changes, beautiful horns sprout from your head, a demon tail coming out along with wings. Your eyes glint and you offer a smile before flying for the town.
     Landing on the town square statue, you let out an alarming roar. The town goes silent. "Listen well. You have five minutes to evacuate this island or I'll destroy this place!" You call. There was a pause and panic followed, you sweatdrop as people scurry around with their positions for the docks.
    "Captain! What's wrong?" Your first mate calls.
    "We need to evacuate this place before--" The island begins to shake and you pale as a small fountain spews a few feet away. "Go now!" You order starting to throw random people toward the pier.
    "Yes captain!" They gasp running off. You hurry around helping others to the piers. You thought you were almost done.
     Then a boys cry reached your ears. You look back spotting the boy as the earth next to him starts to glow. You burst toward him snatching him up as lava bursts from the ground, you grit your teeth in pain as your wing is melted off, crashing to the ground holding the child close.
     You pant heavily getting to your knees shakily. "Captain!" Your firstmate calls. You blink at him as the ground around you starts to glow.
     "Don't worry kiddo.... You're gonna live." You murmur to the boy before throwing him to your firstmate, giving your horrified crew a grin as the ground around you bursts open. You close your eyes for a moment and the heat disappears.
      You open your eyes to see Law holding you bridal style. "You gave everyone a scare." He rumbles briskly carrying you toward the submarine. Your crews swiftly follow, relief reflects on your crew's faces.
    "I-I can walk--" You blush lightly as he smiles down at you.
    "You shouldn't be called Hell Born if you're an angel." He murmurs only loud enough for your ears. Your blush grows and you look away.
    "W-What!?"
    "Will you be my Valentine Ms. Angel?" He asks.
    "I-I... S-Sure..." You manage shyly. He smiles and kisses your cheek as the crews cheer for you both.
    "I think I get the point to this day now." He muses.
    "You... Do?" You ask confused.
    "Yes. The point is to give angels like you some love." He smirks with a wink.
